Dolfin’s Luna Park Cafe is seeking to recruit a Waiter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. ingredients or potential food allergies).
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
- Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips or by memorization.
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen team.
- Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy area.
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
- Follow all relevant health & safety department regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school degree.
- Previous experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in Hospitality Industry.
- Preferred languages: English, Greek and Russian will be considered as an advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Pleasant Personality.
